The following size charts have been thoroughly assessed to ensure that taking accurate measurements will assure the correct size being ordered.
When a gymnast's measurement contains a partial cm, always round up to the next full cm.
Where to measure?
Grab a measuring tape and get ready to keep a gymnast still for 5 minutes!
Please note* The most important measurement is the torso! Place tape on the shoulder, measure from the shoulder, through the legs, around the back to meet the same shoulder.
Place tape close to armpits, measure from one side to the other, measure the chest at the fullest part.
Place tape where legs stop, measure from one side to the other, measure the hips at the fullest part.
