Shipping policy

In stock leotards will be shipped within 10 days. Special ordered leotards such as color changes and custom designs can take up to 8 weeks before shipped from Tx2Designs.
Orders shipped within Canada and the United States are sent with Canada Post expedited parcel unless otherwise requested. Please note that shipments can take up to 10 business days in Canada and up to 30 Business days in the US, depending on the destination. Shipments to the rest of the world can take up to 45 days. Once a order leaves the facility and is in the possession of the courier, it is no longer the responsibility of Tx2Designs. Any loss, stolen or damaged order are the responsibility of the receiver. They have the option to purchase insurance for their order which must be requested at time of invoicing.

When ordering from Tx2Designs, the Buyer is responsible for ensuring the purchase can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must also be paid by the recipient. Tx2Designs has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and Elite recommends that Buyers contact their local customs office for more information.

If any recipient refuses to pay any import taxes, customs duties or fees that are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country, the order will be returned to Tx2Designs. Tx2Designs will credit the buyer for the original purchase price, less shipping to and from the destination country, along with any customs fees that Tx2Designs incurs while processing the shipment.
